They used to have great customer service but I think they are too busy to care about customer service anymore. I brought my truck in for struts and asked for top quality parts with the best warranty. The struts they replaced went bad in 2 years. I called them for help and was told they wouldn't help. After researching the parts they put on my vehicle, I see they used the lowest tier struts from the brand I requested and charged a markup I consider to be too high. I ended up having to change the struts myself because I couldn't afford another $2500 to re-do what they did a second time. I fixed it myself for under $300. I called them to get an alignment done after I changed the bad struts and was given rude service over the phone and a wishy-washy answer on whether could bring it in or not. It's sad to see a local business treat their customers this way after you have given them thousands of dollars in business and loyalty over the years go un-reciprocated.
