I had issue with transmission light on dash and vehicle was slow to shift. Took it Jefferson Auto and within 30 minutes they diagnosed problem. They replaced sensor and I'm back on the road. I highly recommend them!!!!

Jefferson Auto Services-North, from the very first call I made to them, I spoke to the sweetest but very professional lady. Her name is Alexis and she is on point. She had efficiently gotten my info and had my car in the back within 15 minutes. Then their are the guys in the back who work on your car. I was helped by a mechanic by the name of Mr Eric, who was personable very easy to communicate with and who explained everything that needed to be known about the issue I was their for. Not to mention the fact that I spoke to him outside not knowing that's who would be taking care of my vehicle and we had a great quick conversation with each other. I would recommend Jefferson Auto services north to any and everyone who wants a exceptional team of people who work cohesively and very kind and helpful to their customers.

This was my first time getting my car repaired at Jefferson, at the suggestion of the tow truck driver. They were very pleasant to work with and were able to quickly fix the problem with my car. Hopefully I won't need their help again, but if so,, I'll definately be back.
