Jefferson Auto Service was recommended to me by a client. I had a breakdown in Covington. Arrived at Jefferson without an appointment after lunch on friday afternoon. I explained that I was an hour or more from home and I needed to finish my route. The whole crew Alexis, Mr Bill, Roy and a couple of other guys all worked together to complete a pretty extensive front end repair and get me back on the road . Awesome team awesome people. I was recommended to Jefferson Auto, however my last experience was my last experience with Jefferson Auto.

I had to put my vehicle in the shop unexpectedly before going out of town. The part needed for my vehicle was delayed in shipping and Jefferson Auto North received it later than expected, not their fault. The shop hustled and was able repair my vehicle in order for me to leave town on time. I can't thank them enough for this! I received multiple calls from the shop with updates and they were professional and courteous each time. Highly recommend them for any auto repairs.
