It was an extremely pleasant experience from start to finish. I called first, the employee made me feel very welcomed and assured. When i dropped off my car, I was treated with respect, given complete information about what needed to be done, gave me options, and provided pricing. This person was very professional, friendly, could tell he guineally enjoys his job. I was notified promptly the next day when my car was ready for pick up, as promised. When I picked it up, it was painless, friendly, quick. Overall, this was truly one of the best customer service events I've experienced in a very long time.

I found this shop through the AAA Authorized Repair directory and decided to give them a try after being swindled for 2 months at 3 other shops that misdiagnosed my problem,even going so far as trying to convince me I needed a whole new engine. After bringing it to this shop the following day after the last shop had worked on it ,they called me back and informed me that the previous shop that was supposed to be replacing intake manifold gaskets,had left the manifold bolts loose to the point they were sticking up They didn’t mess around and got right on it,they called me back to tell me about the bolts and start the diagnostic,a short time later they pinpointed what the problem was, and quoted me a price on it. I authorized the repair and they got right to it and it was completed and ready to pick up the next day When I got there and paid and picked up my truck, I was very pleased by how it was running,quiet and smooth just like the day I bought it I was very impressed by their honesty and professionalism in how they handled my vehicle, and since I had been looking around for a new regular shop that I could trust,to do business with, I think I might be bringing my truck here from now on
