Very friendly owner/manager they took my daughters car in and was able to fix just what was asked. They had the car ready in seven hours and I was able to pick it up the same day. Big help being shes in school in BR and needs that car. Thank u Jefferson Service North.

Great service and wonderful people. Clean waiting room with coffee, candy, and other drinks available. Bathrooms were clean, which was great due to having my potty training 3 year old with me. We will definitely be back for our next service.

This place is incredible! I came here after being extremely disappointed with a local dealership and told them my concerns. I met Ray and told him what my car was doing. Not only did they fix my problem for a tenth of what the dealership wanted to charge me (for a completely different diagnosis) BUT they saw lights on my dash (that had been there since a fender bender I got into) and discovered some potential hazards that I didn’t even know existed (I thought it was just cosmetic damage)…AND that the dealership never looked into. I truly felt as if they were looking out for me and my safety without trying to nickel and dime me. My car has never driven smoother!
