Well, I am on the Northshore due to Ida destroying my home. I bought a used Toyota with high mileage because it had proof of good care and lots of updates. I left a lawnmower shop and all of a sudden, my SUV was dead. Got a jump and went to closest shop who could not help me—dead again. I called AAA battery svc and testing showed possible battery, alternator and or starter. He gave me your shop as a recommendation and I had it towed there late in the afternoon. It is my only transport and not only did you take my car in late, you started on it asap and called me before noon the same day. You had tested each part of the system and even the battery was fine. My whole problem was a horrible set of battery cables. My fear of thousands of dollars in repair disappeared. You even checked the spare up under the SUV and added 20 some ought pounds of air saving me a very bad future problem. I paid over the phone in case I couldn’t get a ride b4 closing and a horrible afternoon and night turned into a great day. Normally where I live I research the best most honest repair shop for my needs. Hurricane Ida put me on the Northshore and the AAA guys great help and recommendation looks like it got me to an honest and very helpful repair shop. I can hardly ask for more. Thank you Jefferson Auto; you really saved my day.
