Auto Repair in Covington

Got my oil change very polite workers. Not long wait. I called day before and got appointment next day. They will have my business always

I heard good things about the business, so I took my truck to them for a front-end alignment and new bushing and my experience was GREAT! They lived up to their good reputation!

They we're very fast & super nice

Service was excellent and pricing was very fair. Was kept informed on progress of worked being performed. Repairs was actually completed a day earlier then promised. Will definitely use Jefferson Auto Services North again for future maintenance.

I have been doing business with Jefferson for years. Steve and Alexis never fail to go the extra mile to provide exceptional service. If I can’t get my car to Jefferson, then repairs will just have to wait.

I’m late to the party but I still need to rave about this place. About a month ago I replaced some steering and suspension components on my Jeep and I tried my best to do a backyard alignment but I knew I needed to get a professional one done soon. I contacted the folks over at twisted 4X4 to get a recommendation for a place that could do an alignment and they suggested Jefferson. Now I was totally expecting to make an appointment and have to wait a few days to get it done but they told me they could do it same day! They were very nice and very professional. I will definitely be using them anytime I need work done.

2nd time going- it was great! They took care of my car. They do what you ask them to do and it's done!

Staff was Great! Mechanic even walked me out to my Jeep and showed me repairs and educated me on this old project I took on. Will definitely be back! Just hopefully not by tow like before:) -Ray
