I was in the middle of a road trip and like a knucklehead I pulled straight out of a parking spot from a hotel i was staying at for a night and bottomed out the front end of my car on a curb so badly that I cracked my radiator and the part that holds it up. Jefferson auto helped me get back on the road as fast as they could. They were kind pleasant and kept me informed throughout the whole process. being stuck ALONE, 2000 miles from home this place had my back, and I thank them. Five star service and great people. A Great experience here. I am currently writing this outside of Offutt Air Force Base In NEBRASKA while waiting on my nephew :) still on my roadtrip and thousand or so miles later I can say not one issue. Great customer service. Alexis made sure to keep me informed & if I called for an update it wasn’t a problem to get that information. They fixed my complicated A/C system in the dead heat of summer so it was very thankful.
