I had issue with transmission light on dash and vehicle was slow to shift. Took it Jefferson Auto and within 30 minutes they diagnosed problem. They replaced sensor and I'm back on the road. I highly recommend them!!!!

I had tried all I could as a regular Joe to find what was causing my running lights to work irregular. I checked bulbs, fuses, relays, wires and rechecked again and again, but was dumbfounded. A friend suggested Jefferson Auto. The day my truck was dropped off there, not only was it diagnosed, but an estimate of repair given and a timeline of completion, including the reprogramming of the truck. So, it's left for service on Wednesday afternoon, diagnosed that evening with the estimate and promised completion by Friday afternoon. Around 3 PM Thursday, I received a call informing me my truck was repaired and ready for return. How often is an automobile diagnosed, then repaired in less than twenty-four hours? Would I suggest Jefferson Auto? Yes! Will I return? Yes! Was it my first time there? Yes! Was staff cordial and informed? Yes!

Jefferson Auto Services-North, from the very first call I made to them, I spoke to the sweetest but very professional lady. Her name is Alexis and she is on point. She had efficiently gotten my info and had my car in the back within 15 minutes. Then their are the guys in the back who work on your car. I was helped by a mechanic by the name of Mr Eric, who was personable very easy to communicate with and who explained everything that needed to be known about the issue I was their for. Not to mention the fact that I spoke to him outside not knowing that's who would be taking care of my vehicle and we had a great quick conversation with each other.
