Great customer service. Alexis made sure to keep me informed & if I called for an update it wasn’t a problem to get that information. They fixed my complicated A/C system in the dead heat of summer so it was very thankful.

I knew I needed a few things repaired. Spoke with Alexis at the desk and scheduled my appt. Drop off. The team at Jefferson Auto stays in contact with the process of your repair and informs you if they see other things that need attention too. They do an excellent job every time I bring my vehicles to their shop. I would recommend 10/10 every time!

Great job. Brought it in on a Friday before July 4th holiday. They called that afternoon to let me know it was the power steering hose and gave me the price. The fixed it and called me at 10:30 am Monday and said it was ready. And it was over 100 less than the quoted price!
