I truly appreciate the kind and courteous customer service I received at Jefferson Auto North! Alexis went into great detail about my repair and the price was much lower than other shops in the area. As a female, I always feel as if I am going to be taken advantage of, but I was confident with Alexis and her team and they exceeded my expectations! I can't recommend this shop enough...if I could give 10 stars, I would!
