Stephen is very knowledgeable on service and is very friendly and willing to go above and beyond. He really makes his customers feel comfortable with mechanic work.

I’m late to the party but I still need to rave about this place. About a month ago I replaced some steering and suspension components on my Jeep and I tried my best to do a backyard alignment but I knew I needed to get a professional one done soon. I contacted the folks over at twisted 4X4 to get a recommendation for a place that could do an alignment and they suggested Jefferson. Now I was totally expecting to make an appointment and have to wait a few days to get it done but they told me they could do it same day! They were very nice and very professional. I will definitely be using them anytime I need work done.
