On 12 August '24 I took my car in to have a problem addressed. It turned out to be an exhaust issue. The JASN krewe referred me to a specialist for this. No charge for the exam. Honesty, integrity. It gets no better than that.

Everyone at Jefferson is friendly and knowledgeable. Jefferson has been servicing my car for at least five years. They are honest and I don’t have to worry that there will be another charge without consulting me first or pushing other services on me. Their prices are reasonable. They give senior discounts too!! Very happy and satisfied.

They solved a problem that my car dealership could not solve over multiple visits. When I make an appointment at Jefferson, I know they will promptly begin work on my car so that it is completed as soon as possible. Communication is excellent and always friendly. Repair and maintenance costs are very reasonable. I highly recommend them for all your car needs!

Quick, affordable and pleasant service. I came in for a brake replacement, and they found that my drive belt was dehydrated and cracking. All fixed by the next day. Alexis is a pleasure to work with, and their customer service was amazing. She called me to give me updates every step of the way. I appreciate everything they have done! Not to mention, your 5th oil change is free (;
