Great service, price was right!

On 12 August '24 I took my car in to have a problem addressed. It turned out to be an exhaust issue. The JASN krewe referred me to a specialist for this. No charge for the exam. Honesty, integrity. It gets no better than that.

Everyone at Jefferson is friendly and knowledgeable. Jefferson has been servicing my car for at least five years. They are honest and I don’t have to worry that there will be another charge without consulting me first or pushing other services on me. Their prices are reasonable. They give senior discounts too!! Very happy and satisfied.

I am so impressed with the quality of car repair and maintenance service at Jefferson Auto! I have never before experienced a crew so attentive, conscientious, and efficient in car care. They solved a problem that my car dealership could not solve over multiple visits. When I make an appointment at Jefferson, I know they will promptly begin work on my car so that it is completed as soon as possible. Communication is excellent and always friendly. Quick, affordable and pleasant service. I came in for a brake replacement, and they found that my drive belt was dehydrated and cracking. All fixed by the next day. Alexis is a pleasure to work with, and their customer service was amazing. She called me to give me updates every step of the way. I appreciate everything they have done! I took my car here after being receiving my diagnostic from the actual dealer. They quoted me a significantly cheaper price and the diagnostic recommended different repairs than were recommended by the dealer. I decided to go with Jefferson and my car rides beautifully. The mechanic that I spoke to was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me about my vehicle. Alexis was great with providing information when I called in and she really made me feel welcomed when I first met her.
