** Highly recommend! ** Just moved to the area, and this is now my new trusted mechanic. Very impressed with their honesty and timeliness... - I brought my 1st car in for braking concerns, and they charged me ZERO because they said nothing needed to be done yet, knowing I was expecting to far more. - I immediately dropped my other car off. They diagnosed the problem i had regarding my transmission, and only charged me for the oil change i also needed. Even their price on the synthetic oil change was very good!

Waste of time

Rick was so helpful and nice and spent a lot of time on the phone with me, explaining everything in detail about what was going on with my vehicle. My truck broke down while visiting Covington and I had to fly home to North Carolina, leaving my truck there. I was hoping I had picked a trustworthy shop and I was not disappointed. The mechanics were diligent and thorough, trying to diagnose a troublesome issue. Even though it took a while to fix, I was well informed every step of the way and trust that my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them.
