Auto Repair in Covington

This is the most honest, reliable repair shop I have ever had service from. I mean steps above the normal. I cant say enough about the worked performed and the professionalism as well as quality of the staff. Top notch. I found a lifetime go to mechanics shop and that my friends is extremely hard to come by. Dont hesitate to bring your car here. I drove from Slidell bypassing many local shops to have work done on my Corvette because the excellent service reviews. I wasnt disappointed!

Update: I was contacted by the owner and sorted out the issues that were indicated in my initial review. This seems to be a breakdown with the online retailer communicating with the JAS-N. The installation was good and the staff was friendly during the process. I appreciate the owner contacting me personally and addressing the complaint. I respect the fact he is involved in his customer support and satisfaction. However, this is an issue that needs to be addressed btwn the 2 companies. Reason for only 4 stars. I would recommend this shop for service. (I prepaid for all services via tire retailer website as a pre-authorized installer. Rep did apologize but Simple Tire never contacted the shop for installation prepayment info. Contacted Simple Tire and they contacted shop for resolution.)

Your service is great, but to have to come back with the same problem was not. Wish you would have looked a little deeper an fixed the first time. It may have not cost me $150 and a Sat. afternoon being towed. It was not the way to finish a dinner with my wife for our anniversary. Thanks for the good work you did when you found the problem.
