Rick was so helpful and nice and spent a lot of time on the phone with me, explaining everything in detail about what was going on with my vehicle. My truck broke down while visiting Covington and I had to fly home to North Carolina, leaving my truck there. I was hoping I had picked a trustworthy shop and I was not disappointed. The mechanics were diligent and thorough, trying to diagnose a troublesome issue. Even though it took a while to fix, I was well informed every step of the way and trust that my vehicle was in good hands. I would definitely recommend them.
