Very pleased with the service I received with Steve and Ryan and their crew. Had airlift airbags added to my truck and the gauge that was sent wasn’t working properly. I was scheduled to leave that week to bring a trailer to Oklahoma and one of the crew who had the same system in their truck loaned me their gauge to use for my trip. How many businesses would do that for their customers and I was a new customer not someone they knew a long time. Once I got back home the replacement gauge had come in and it was installed and everything is working great. I highly recommend this company and will be returning for any of my Auto service needs

I was caught 25 miles from home when the problem with my car occurred. Not knowing where I needed to look for help, I saw the Jefferson Auto North and pulled in. Steven was very understanding and most helpful. I was on an hour long break between tests at St Tammany hospital and was very anxious to get back. He (Steven) assured me he would take care of the issue and personally drove me and my granddaughter back to the hospital. In less than three hours I was called and told my car was ready to go. What more can you ask for? Courteous? Yes. Knowledgeable? Yes. Prompt? Yes. Then I met his father and enjoyed a very nice but short visit with him. Just an overall great experience. Thank you.

Ryan and his crew were wonderful. Had air suspension added to my truck to make a trip to Oklahoma towing a larger trailer that week, turns out the gauge that came with our kit was not working, one of their team had the same system and loaned us his personal gauge to make the trip until our new on came in. That is beyond their call of duty and almost unheard of these days. Truly a pleasure ... we highly recommend them!! After returning our new gauge was installed and the airbags work great!
