Steve and his crew helped me with a small gas engine which is not what they do however he told me that he would help me out and he did! They also repaired one of our diesel trucks at the same time. I highly recommend Jefferson Auto Services to anyone needing a Good reliable and trustworthy Auto shop. I now have a shop that I feel comfortable bringing my company and personal vehicles Too. First time using these guys - wisdom leads some of us to avoid new car payments and I have a 97 Silverado that needed Pittman and Idler arm replacement. I’m in middle management so I can’t help but but to see businesses from those optics, and these guys have it together. Clean shop, well staffed and they did what they said they’d do when they said it would be done. Looks like I’ll be a lifelong customer as I’m trying to keep a 2011 Hyundai rolling along as well ;

I was quoted $54 by Steven for diagnosis and reset on some dash lights. I was waiting and after an hour asked if it would be much longer and was told it would be a couple of hours so I went back to work. When he called me the price had changed from $54 to $219. That is over 3 times the price he quoted me. All he would say is that he said it was going to be a couple of hours. That has nothing to do with the price he quoted me for a job that was supposed to take less than an hour. I do NOT recommend this company. I will NOT go back. Buyer beware!!
