I can not say enough about Jefferson Auto !! My car came in on a wrecker in pieces from another garage that was taking 5 days to figure out the radiator issue. I called ahead they had the parts and said they’d turn it around ASAP and that’s EXACTLY what they did. With a two year warranty on their work. Hands down the winner in my book!!!

Jefferson Auto replaced the engine (6.4 diesel) on my F550. The staff were very courteous and knowledgeable throughout the process. Although this was a major expense the details of every charge and repair were explained in detail. Upon completion, I am confidant Jefferson Auto took the initiative to insure I was satisfied and have the best possible service from my truck.

I contacted them when NTB said they couldn’t install bearings in the right front of my PT Cruiser and gave them as a reference that could. They were able to give me a quick quote per axle and took me for noon that day. It was completed that afternoon! Great service!
