Great service as usual. Did everything we needed. You always get a heads up on maintenance that needs to be done to avoid a future problem. the advice is always on point. I wouldn't take my vehicles to any other shop. We used to take our vehicles to another shop for Decades... decades. we had a reoccurring issue that just couldn't be diagnosed. One trip to Jefferson auto North got it done right.... not one problem out of that truck since.

They always find the problem and do a great job of explaining it to you. they also identify other maintenance issues that need to be addressed to avoid a costly future repair. being proactive about maintenance is, ultimately, cheaper than being reactive to a problem and repair.
