I know this because I was aware of what needed to be done before showing up, but the car decided it needed them done sooner. The technician found the fan was shot because it threw a code. I knew it was a common problem with this make and model because I had changed the fan myself once before. They didn’t try to “sell” me anything the vehicle didn’t need. However, they will make recommendations based on the conditions/miles/year of your vehicle like any good shop should do. Up to you to make the call if it’s the right time for you, and they will respect your decision. Think about giving them a shot to earn your business.

A pretty decent amount of work was required and had it back in a couple days. All the work they had diagnosed I knew needed to be done, before the vehicle decided it needed it sooner. Honest group of folks. Not one thing on their list that wasn’t already on mine.
