Due to the backlog from Hurricane Ida I believe most repair shops are backed up. Phoned in appointment which was three days later they diagnosed a/c compressor failure and ordered the parts. I feel repair was done in a timely manner. I'm new to the Northshore and would highly recommend this shop.
