We were traveling through Maddisonvile, LA and staying at a state park for a couple of days. When we getting ready to leave the area I started my 2016 Jeep Wrangler and the check engine light came on. So we called a couple of Jeep, Chrysler dealer ships in the area to see if we could get it in to get checked out. Neither one could get us in until a two weeks from then. So I did some searching for an independent repair shop and came across Jefferson Auto Services. I called them and explained the situation. They said to bring it right in and they would check it out immediately. On my arrival they said it might take a couple hours to get a part depending on what the problem was. I said okay we were going to drop it off anyway. Well, my ride back to the park was delayed getting there. After about 30 minutes they said that they already had the part, thermostat housing,to repair it and it would be ready to go in less than an hour. About 45 minutes later they said it was ready to go. I have to say the customer service was excellent and the price of the repair was very fair, escpecially since we didn't have an appointment and they worked us in. I would highly reccomend this repair shop. The staff was awesome and very friendly, and the service was outstanding. Randy Brown Southwest Florida
