When we had question about purchasing our other vehicle they were there to answer our questions. Skilled, fair and fast service. Engine overheating. They repaired it and made further checks which revealed my 6 month old radiator had problems. They replaced it free as it was a warranted part.

One call, two different estimates (without asking), add one week of work and PRESTO! new engine installed. After calling Steve he provided an estimate for an OEM re-manufactured engine and an estimate for a better re-manufactured engine without the dreaded AFM system that causes engine failure. After Googling the problem his recommendation for the non-AFM engine was spot on. From drop-off to completed was 6 days. Happy to have my truck back and the bill was less than the dealers estimate. I will be going back to Jefferson Auto Service North for service on on the vehicle.

Tracked down RV AC leak and fixed it.

I TOOK MY TRUCK TO THE DEALER SHIP 2 WEEKS AGO AND THEY TOLD ME I WOULD NEED TO LEAVE MY TRUCK FOR 2 WEEKS AND IT POSSIBLY COULD NEED A NEW ENGINE WITH OUT EVEN COMING OUTSIDE TO LISTEN TO IT OR ANYTHING THAT'S ALL I ASKED THE SERVICE WRIETER TO DO AND HE BLEW ME OFF SO I LEFT THERE AND LOOKED ON INTERET AND FOUND JEFFERSON AUTO SERVICE NORTH SO I WENT BY JEFFERSON AUTO SERVICE NORTH AND SPOKE TO STEVE JR AND HE STOPPED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND HE CAME OUTSIDE TO LISTEN TO MY VEHICLE AND HE HEARD THE LIFTERS TAPPING AND EXPLAINED MY OPTIONS TO ME AND YOU NO WHAT I WILL NEVER GO ANY WHERE ELSE STEVE JR WAS SO POLITE TO ME HE ASKED ME IF I WANTED SOMETHING TO DRINK I SAID SURE SO ON THE WAY OUT THE FRONT DOOR TO COME LOOK AT MT TRUCK HE WENT IN HIS POCKET AND PULLED $ 0.60 CENTS AND BOUGHT ME A DRINK I COULD NOT BELIEVE THE SERVICE HE GAVE ME. HE SHOWED ME THE SHOP THAT WAS SO CLEAN AND THERE NEW ALIGNMENT MACHINE HE EVEN PULLED MY TRUCK ON THERE NEW ALIGNMENT MACHINE TO SHOW ME HOW THERE NEW AIR SYSTEM WORKS THEY HAD ADDED ON TO NEW ALIGNMENT MACHINE WORKS BY PUTTING AIR IN ALL 4 TIRES AT ONCE AS SOON AS YOU SET THE DESIRED AIR PRESSUES I WAS IMPRESSED AND MOST OF ALL HE MADE MY MORNING BY SHOWING SOME HOSPITALITY I CAN TELL YOU WHAT I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE BUT JEFFERSON AUTO SERVICE NORTH THE DEALER SHIP NEEDS THIS GUY WORKING FOR THEM THANK YOU STEVE JR FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE
