The mechanics here were all extremely courteous and kind while trying to identify a specific problem with the starter in my car. They fixed the problem quickly, but ended up being overly thorough in their diagnostics, listing a problem that turned out to be fine. It was a stressful situation, but all-in-all I would probably use them again.
