I just moved to the area and was looking for a small family owned repair shop as I had used for the past 20 years in the city (Mid-City Automotive). From the 1st conversation on the phone with Steve, I already felt welcomed and very comfortable about bringing my car to them. Service was excellent! Prices were very reasinable. Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Waiting and work areas were clean. TV- Free Coffee-Vending and Magazines were available to keep you occupied while waiting. I would highly recommend Jefferson Auto. Needless to say they have a customer for life!

I would recommend Jefferson Auto to anyone!! Ryan is absolutely amazing! I brought my car in for extensive body work on a Monday after lunch and it was finished by Thursday morning (it would have been done by Wednesday but the paint had to dry). When I picked it up, the price was over $100 LESS than what I was quoted initially! I would give 10 stars if that was an option!

I had taken my car to two different shops to have the ac fixed. Neither of them could find the leak and fix it. Steve and his team found it and had it fixed that day. Very happy with the service.
