Quick, affordable and pleasant service. I came in for a brake replacement, and they found that my drive belt was dehydrated and cracking. All fixed by the next day. I took my car here after being receiving my diagnostic from the actual dealer. They quoted me a significantly cheaper price and the diagnostic recommended different repairs than were recommended by the dealer. I decided to go with Jefferson and my car rides beautifully. The mechanic that I spoke to was knowledgeable and kept in contact with me about my vehicle. Alexis was great with providing information when I called in and she really made me feel welcomed when I first met her.
