We were on a calling frenzy due to our normal mechanic being unable to work on an issue with our car. My wife found the number for Jefferson Auto, Alexis was able to book an appointment and we dropped our car off overnight. Got a call the next morning, Alexis gave us a detailed breakdown and an estimated date for completion. We were expecting to be without a car for two days at the most. Imagine my surprise when Alexis calls me back several hours later informing me my car was ready for pickup! Their technician worked through lunch to get the job done and he did a fantastic job! Car runs excellent and my wife and I have a new go-to spot for our automotive needs! Thank you so much for the professional work you all do!
