An earlier review summed up our experience. "Overpriced and DISHONEST". 1. We were quoted a price for an oil leak. They fixed a small oil leak for $1500 and then said we needed another oil leak for $5000 but only after they'd done the first part of the work. And how is it that such a large leak goes unnoticed until after they've completed $1500 worth of work. If it's that bad, then why couldn't it be diagnosed during initial diagnosis? It is trickery to hook you into spending $1000s of dollars with them while they have your car torn apart. 2. They claim to have called several times throughout the process. I reviewed my call log at work and on my cell phone: no calls except one. All others were made by me. 3. They claim an oil cooler takes 21 hours to repair. Open heart surgery takes only 6 hours. REALLY????
