Attitude toward service is great!

The service at Jefferson Auto was great - everyone was personable, easy to talk to and they answered all my questions. I got my car back quicker and cheaper than expected. I will definitely have them service my car from now on. Awesome place!

Always good service. Trustworthy, honest

Rick was very helpful. Professional and knowledgeable service.

This was my first experience in an auto service shop in Louisiana as I just recently moved from Arizona. I was treated very courteously and was able to get right in and out in about 45 minutes for an oil change. I also was impressed with the cleanliness of the lobby and especially the restroom. This was the cleanest restroom I've ever been in for an auto shop. I will certainly return for all my maintenance work.

As usual, they were courteous, did exactly what I told them I needed and did not surprise me with any extra charges. I feel that they are one of the few auto services that are totally honest and do a great job. V. Griffith
