I live in Covington and work in Metairie, so SAFETY is my priority. And - for years, I have been taking my car to the Goodyear on Airline Dr. in Metairie - and they have consistently screwed me! I was beginning to lose all faith in any Car Repair shop, not trusting a mechanic that you have to leave your car with is the WORST FEELING EVER! Well, my most recent experience has left me searching for a NEW mechanic and so I decided on Jefferson Auto (still very nervous)..they HAVE BEEN GREAT! Steve Jr. is very knowledgeable and told me WHY my rims looked like they had an oil bath! Steve, Sr. is a very friendly man, too! The whole team really make you feel like they truly care about you! Such a Great group of guys, you can't help but to like them. ooooh, and I forgot to mention....Steve, Jr. even washed my car for me (that was over the top service for me - I LOVED that) it just goes to show the PRIDE that they have.....I HOPE that I won't have anymore car repairs in my near future...but, when I do - I will most definitely return to Jefferson Auto for my repairs! thanks, again Steve and your entire crew!
