Skilled, fair and fast service. Engine overheating. They repaired it and made further checks which revealed my 6 month old radiator had problems. They replaced it free as it was a warranted part.

Customer service was great! Communication from start to finish was very prompt & professional. The owner Steve was hands on and accomadating. Prices were definitely fair and affordable for Quality work. Another great thing was the cleanliness of the facility and professionalism amongst the staff. I highly reccomend this automotive shop for repairs and oil changes.

I was so pleased with my recent experience with Jefferson Auto! My husband died within the last year and, sorry to say, I had ZERO experience with auto maintenance... These folks treated me with respect, were prompt with their service, had reasonable prices, and even provided me with rides to and from their business! Thank you!

Good service and fair pricing

Have had two of my children’s cars serviced in the past couple weeks. Both times quickly done and what I think was a very reasonable price. Would recommend the highly. Staff was friendly and did not try to oversell other services.

I was very satisfied. The repairs were done on time exactly as promised. Service was friendly, and they promptly addressed a concern that I raised about a spot on the hood I could not get off. I did not go back to ask about the spot until a couple days after the work was done, but they fixed it without trying to put me off or making excuses (like some places would have). The spot was fixed at no charge and looks good as new and the car runs great. I definitely plan to use them for all my auto repair work in the future.

"Great Service" These guys went above and beyond to help me with a flat tire situation. When I went to pick my car up I left my other vehicle for an oil change. They contacted me when it was ready. I also got a list of recommended maintenance.
