I googled the area for front end alignment and search popped up all the big chain companies. I didn’t want big chains to do work on my vehicle so I continued to search and founds Jefferson auto services. When I called they where very friendly and answered all my questions. The hours of operation was perfect for my work schedule. I was able to drop off that morning and pick up after work. My vehicle was done way before I got off work so I didn’t have to wait to pick up once I got there. Thank you for the fast service. Very reasonable on price. Great place.

All I can say is that if your in the Covington area and looking for honest dependable professional Auto care. This is the place hands down. If your debating on which one to go, look no further. I have just moved here and needed there service and they are like family. Took care of me and family when we had one car down. When we had question about purchasing our other vehicle they were there to answer our questions. Skilled, fair and fast service. Engine overheating. They repaired it and made further checks which revealed my 6 month old radiator had problems. They replaced it free as it was a warranted part.

Every time I go for service it’s a professional and polite visit and inform me of service my car will need always honest and not pushy about it.

One call, two different estimates (without asking), add one week of work and PRESTO! new engine installed. After calling Steve he provided an estimate for an OEM re-manufactured engine and an estimate for a better re-manufactured engine without the dreaded AFM system that causes engine failure. After Googling the problem his recommendation for the non-AFM engine was spot on. From drop-off to completed was 6 days. Happy to have my truck back and the bill was less than the dealers estimate. I will be going back to Jefferson Auto Service North for service on on the vehicle.
