My sons car was towed to them on a Friday after getting bad gas. I received a call after the car got to them telling me what they were going to do and that I’d get a call back in the next hour letting me know what they found. Got the call back, was told the car would be ready Monday or Tuesday, which was great, because I planned for at least a week. Steve called Monday before 1pm to let me know my sons car was running good and ready for pick up. Highly recommend them. Hoping I don’t have any more issues any time soon, But if I do-they’ll get my business.

Horrible experience . They incorrectly diagnosed my problem with my car . And made no promise it would even fix it or insure there work . They couldn't even get the car cranked . I towed it back to my house and got somebody to come look at it . He came to my house with nothing more than a computer tablet looking thing and got the thing to turn over . He then told me they gave me the wrong diagnosis . I do have some problems that need to be fixed - and they will . But the guy that troubleshooted my car at this shop did not know what he was doing . No offer of a refund .

Jefferson Auto Service was recommended to me by a client. I had a breakdown in Covington. Arrived at Jefferson without an appointment after lunch on friday afternoon. I explained that I was an hour or more from home and I needed to finish my route. The whole crew Alexis, Mr Bill, Roy and a couple of other guys all worked together to complete a pretty extensive front end repair and get me back on the road . Awesome team awesome people. Issues diagnosed parts ordered front end tore down parts get delivered and installed. I am on my way home in Baton Rouge before 3:00pm. Your entire crew jumped in and get this done.
