Very pleased that on the last 2 occasions Ive called the shop in the early afternoon hours, where theyre willing to accept your vehicle; AND STILL were able to resolve/repair a ( a generally non-major issue) within a one day turn-around. Their labor pricing tier is definitely below dealer rates. Their level of professionalism and skill seems definitely on par with any competitor's in our area. Very pleased with all the times Ive ever had my vehicles served by their crew.

I don’t throw around 5 stars like they’re tax deductible - these guys are top-notch for service, timeliness, & usually pricing as well. Being ahead of schedule on a transmission is clutch (pun intended). Had to select ‘overpriced’ bc of overall cost of work, but it was mainly on parts due to tariffs and sourcing. Labor rates are in line or a little lower than most “mechanics” in the area, and Steve and his shop are ASE certified and will tell you the truth. Go there

Went here about 6000 miles ago for a brake-related squeal. Northern rust can be scary so I understand being offput by it. But my caliper was not seized, still functional and I went somewhere else to get the parts cleaned up a bit and it solved the issue. Saved on a thousand dollar replacement of calipers. Extra stars for front desk customer service.

I was scheduled quickly and maintenance was preformed while I waited. The staff was helpful and provided information for future maintenance. I will continue using Jefferson Auto Service for future service now that the warranty on my SUV has expired with the dealer. I can certainly recommend them.
