I was very disappointed how long I had to go without my car. I left it on Friday and couldn’t get it until 3:30 on Monday

HI MS LINDA I WANTED TO LET YOU KNOW I HAVE NO CONTROL HOW LONG IT TAKES FOR THE WARRANTY COMPANY TO GIVE US A APPROVAL TO DO THE JOB AND THEN PARTS HAVE TO BE ORDERED AFTER THE APPROVAL IS DONE IF IT WAS NOT FOR WARRANTY COMPANY AND WAITING ON THEM YOUR VEHICLE WOULD HAVE BEEN FINISHED ALOT SOONER IF YOU NEED ANYTHING JUST LET ME KNOW THANK YOU

Took my Ram 3500 to Jefferson Auto Service North and couldnt be happier with the experience. Steve and the crew were professional, honest, and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. Its not easy finding a shop you can really trustespecially with a heavy-duty truckbut these guys delivered. Fast turnaround, fair pricing, and solid communication the whole way through.
